Minimum order - We have the following minimum order quantity to offer competitive pricing: USD $500 (excluding shipping and handling) and 3 clothes per design (regardless of size,color).

Back-ordered items-There might be back-ordered items, it might take up to 15 days to restock. If you do not want to wait for the items, you can cancel the back-ordered items in this case. (You might not get full sizes) Please mention it when you place an order.

Sold-out items- There might be sold-out items when the season changes or another collection starts.

If so, we will inform you of this by e-mail as soon as possible. We will refund you for sold-out products after the shipment is completed.

Since the brands' stock is not linked to our site instantaneously, you may receive an out-of-stock notification email after ordering.

Please remember: we have the right to process the remaining products of the order.

🙂 Once your order is placed, it may be canceled with a 25%of restocking fee.

The shipping cost to be automatically calculated is for the retailers of most countries. If you want to ship to the countries that are not marked on it, please contact us via email (vineandbranchshop@gmail.com)

A shipping cost is determined by the weight and volume of the shipment.

The volume weight can be different from the actual weight. Also, the shipping cost increases exponentially if the weight or volume of a shipment exceeds thresholds. We may divide your order into multiple shipments to reduce the shipping cost in such cases.

Your order will be airmailed from South Korea to the address you provided.

Delivery usually takes about 10-20 days, but it cannot be guaranteed.
It can be delayed due to the weather or other conditions.
We are not responsible for any delay.

Customs

You might need to pay tax and fees to a shipping carrier upon receiving clothing.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If you do not pay customs or handling fees, the delivery may be delayed or it may be discarded. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for this.

Return

We implement strict quality control before clothes are shipped to our customers and do not offer order cancellation or return to provide clothes at affordable prices. If you find a defective product, please let us know within 7 days after you receive the products.
